Rocket Wash Express

Local Durham Rocket Wash with kind and helpful personal attention. On arrival we’ve experienced a new greeter named Jay where we check in. An assets to an already well run business. We enjoy a clean car and Rocket Wash makes it easy for us. Thank you!!

I stopped here over my lunch break to clean my car (google search and found this location close to work!), I was amazed at the customer service and kindness when I rolled in - and it was a HOT day to be working outside. The employee that helped me at the front with my code was very polite and patient. Everything was super well stocked & loved seeing the labels for the bottles including Bible versus! Everything was very easy and fast - was able to do everything during my lunch hour. I would definitely return & considering the membership!!

This car wash has the best attendants. They are always cheerful and helpful. I am not a frequent car wash person and I needed to cancel my membership. I called the Durham telephone number and Teresa was so helpful. She walked me through the process to cancel my membership and suggested that I join the Loyalty Program instead. Keep up the good work!!

Nice place. I don’t go to automatic car washes much so I was a bit nervous but everything went fine and my car is now sparkly clean. At the wash, first there is an attendant who asks you which wash you want, then another employee waves you through at the beginning of the wash. Everything was pretty straightforward, and like I said, there are employees right there if you have any questions!

All in all, it's a really good car wash. Very similar to some of the other supercar washes in that same area, but for some reason this one just seems a lot shorter. You're in and out pretty quickly. And the one thing I noticed is that whatever they're spraying on the front of the car, or the pretreat that foams down when you first go in, it's not very effective on bug splatters. I had just gone through a swarm the day before so the front was pretty well caked, and after I got out, even with the premium wash, there was still a lot of bug residue on the nose of my car. In hindsight, I probably should have treated them myself before I went to the car wash. But all in all, it works really well and the drying system they have is excellent. Like the other ones in the area, it's not cheap. I'm still trying to figure out if it's worth the extra money. I would say go try for yourself and see what you think!
